IS YOUR DEODORANT ORGANIC?
Yes! We offer organic deodorant certified by the USDA. Products that host the USDA organic seal are produced under the highest standards set forth by the US Department of Agriculture. This is something we are very proud of and are so happy to be able to provide our customers premium products that they can feel confident contain only all-natural ingredients.
DO YOU OFFER A BAKING SODA FREE OPTION?
Absolutely! Our Bare Beauty deodorant is baking soda free and has no essential oils. It contains only 5 all-natural, edible ingredients. Bare Beauty uses magnesium to effectively neutralize body odor for those with sensitive skin. Still with 100% natural ingredients and still awesome!
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?
No way! We would never test any of our products on animals. Our deodorants are cruelty-free and vegan. Note: Our USDA certified organic lip balm does contain beeswax. The organic beeswax is pure and has not been mixed with lanolin and we do not use lanolin in any of our products.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
If you are located in the US, shipping is FREE on all subscription plans, pay it forward deodorant bundles and lip balm 4 packs! All prices are in USD. Non subscription US orders have a flat rate shipping cost of $4.95 or FREE on orders over $49! Shipping to Canada is a flat rate shipping cost of $14.95.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY FIRST ORDER?
We ship via USPS within 3-5 business days of receiving your order. Therefore, you can expect to receive your order generally 5-10 days after placing it. We’ll send you a shipping notice once your shipment goes out which includes tracking, so you can stay up to date on when it will arrive. Please note: Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and Canada may experience longer shipping times.
IS THERE A FEE TO JOIN?
Never! There are no subscription fees. You only pay for the products you receive.
IS IT HARD TO SKIP OR CANCEL MY SUBSCIRPTION?
No, it’s actually super easy and you can do it right from your subscription dashboard. Just log into your account prior to your next re-bill date and go to manage subscriptions then delivery schedule. You can skip, cancel and even customize your next process date to whatever works for you! Also, you can email us at hello@SmellSweetCompany.com to help. We can accommodate pretty much anything, so let us know if you need assistance.
CAN I CHANGE MY SUBSCRIPTION TO A DIFFERENT PRODUCT OPTION?
Absolutely. Just log into your account and go to the subscriptions section and you can swap to another product selection prior to your re-bill date. You can also edit the product variant of the existing subscription package. Therefore, you can choose a different scent, for example. Or, email us at hello@SmellSweetCompany.com and we can make the change for you.
WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?
For subscriptions, your card is charged every other month, within a day of the anniversary of your first order. For example, if you placed your first order on March 1st, your next billing date would be on or around May 1st (within one or two business days). You also have the option to modify your frequency and edit your next process date to whatever works for you! You will then be billed on or around that date (within one or two business days). We want to make it easy for you to get the products you love on your terms!
WHY DO YOU SHIP EVERY OTHER MONTH INSTEAD OF MONTHLY?
Based on our research, the product lasts the average customer the full two months and by shipping less frequently, we pass that savings onto our subscribers. However, if you feel you need a shipment less frequently or more frequently, you can change it anytime in your account dashboard!
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Our subscribers don’t have any contracts or commitments to join our service. Therefore, you can easily cancel your subscription at any time by simply logging into your account dashboard and selecting cancel. You don't have to call a customer service line to cancel (YAY)! WHAT IS YOUR REFUND / RETURN POLICY?
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to process returns for opened and/or used product. However, sometimes products purchased online are not exactly what you’ve expected. We understand that! If you are not satisfied for any reason, please reach out to us at hello@SmellSweetCompany.com and we will do our best to find a solution. Customer satisfaction is important to us!
WHAT IF THE PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED?
If for some reason you receive a damaged product, please send a picture to us at hello@SmellSweetCompany.com within 10 days of receipt of the package and we will take care of it for you.
